Still happens on Utopic 161.  Doesn't seem like a blocker by itself, but
fixing it might also help with other issues related to opening the
account settings from the main settings app.

  Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open System Settings
  2. Open online accounts
  3. Switch apps to the System Settings main page
  4. Click on accounts

  Expected result:

  We are back at online accounts

  Actual result:

  Nothing happens
