Doesn't affect the phone itself, if I understand correctly.  This
shouldn't be tagged with qa-daily-testing or rtm14, should it?

Bug description:
  I noticed my fan running, and saw qmlplugindump using 100%
  I killed qtc and it went away.
  I had been build and running a simple console app prior to that
