* Do not prevent switching camera without notice. The UI is able to
choose when it is good for the user to be able to switch camera.
* Save pictures and videos in a subfolder of the standard paths that
depends on the application name. (LP: #1337594)

Bug description:
we should store videos in ~/Videos/camera and only display videos in
the Photo Roll that are contained in this directory. Otherwise any
videos that are downloaded or copied onto the device via mpt will be
displayed in the Photo Roll when they shouldn't
