Changing regional formats works fine for me with accountsservice
0.6.35-0ubuntu7.1. If the problem repeats itself for you, please file a
new bug report.

Bug description:
  After installing a new language in Language Support, I tried to change
  the locales in Regional Formats tab, when this crash happened.
