  Screen brightness resets on boot

Status in “indicator-power” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  1. reduce brightness of nexus 4 to minimum
  2. reboot the phone

  What happens:
  brightness resets to default value.

  Bug 1325991 is the equivalent for turning off the screen.
