Also, if we stop network-manager upstart job after setting flight mode,
and then switch off flight mode, org.ofono.ConnectionManager.Powered
value will be 0.

Bug description:
  Most probably I have selected the wrong package.

  1. disable 3G
  2. switch to flight mode
  3. switch off flight mode

  What happens:
  3G gets enabled automatically
