  No change to volume in lowest 20% of control

Bug description:
  Utopic Unicorn fully updated.

  Volume control works fine down to ~20% thereafter no control over
  volume until sound is muted.

  Edited /etc/pulse/default.pa

   load-module module-udev-detect line to

  load-module module-udev-detect ignore_dB=1

  volume controls now work down to where I would expect them to
