[Bug 1303990] Re: Can't get udev debug logs
The debug output does appear in /var/log/syslog after "sudo udevadm
control --log-priority=debug" at least in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and 14.10, so
this apparently got fixed.
** Changed in: systemd (Ubuntu)

Title:
Can't get udev debug logs
Status in “systemd” package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
I have tried running "udevadm control --log-priority=debug" and also
tried modifying /etc/udev/udev.conf with log_level="debug" but in both
cases I do not see any udev entries in syslog. There is a
/var/log/udev file that seems to be written at boot and not updated.
How do I get debug output from udev?
