[Bug 1349834] Re: [MIR] flask-script and libjsoncpp (b-d's for net-cpp)
these two packages show up as component mismatches, and net-cpp is
bypassing the ubuntu buildability rules, in that the CI train seems to
ignore main/universe build dependencies.
