  [indicators] tapping on a switch in indicator menu closes it

  1. Drag down network indicator
  2. turn on the wifi

  What happens:
  the network menu/page closes

  What should happen:
  it should not close automatically unless the user drags it back up, since the user may want to connect to a wifi network.
