  Departments should be sorted alphabetically

Status in “unity-scope-click” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  Departments in Apps and Ubuntu Store scopes should be sorted
  alphabetically. They are currently displayed in the order they were
  received from the server and stored in the database, which looks
  messy.
