Title:
Network indicator shows no networks, but network is connected mako
  #229

Status in Network Menu:
  Fix Released
Status in “indicator-network” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Just did OTA update from #227 to #229 on mako.
In the network indicator I see network is enabled, but no networks listed.
However I am connected to a wireless network, and iwlist scan shows many networks.
System Settings -> Wifi also shows no networks when many are present..
