Title:
Mediascanner should support image files indexing

Status in Media Scanner v2:
  Fix Released
Status in “mediascanner2” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Mediascanner and the mediascanner scope should have the ability to
index/search image files to ultimately replace the current Shotwell-
powered photos lens on all platforms.

Storing EXIF data in db along other file metadata would be very useful
  too.
