[Bug 1234794] [NEW] Touch tone codes don't work with T-Mobile Voicemail

When calling T-Mobile voicemail the touch tone keypad doesn't work (e.g.
pressing 7 to delete a message).

Interestingly, the tones work on a Skype call where I dial my phone and
I press the touchpad, but it doesn't have any function on T-Mobile
voicemail.
