[dash] New scopes should show a loading image when opened

Status in The Unity 8 shell:
  Fix Released
Status in “unity8” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
I'm testing the demo stuff on my mako following the instructions from
  https://launchpad.net/~unity-team/+archive/demo-stuff

Here it is slow when I open a scope like amazon or wikipedia. It takes some seconds to load the results, so we are presented with an empty page, except for the scope title, with no indication about what's going on.
Then, the results appear and it all makes sense.

It would be better if instead of showing the empty scope while loading
the results, we showed a rotating image or a message that says:
  "Loading..."

  To reproduce:
  Connect to a slow network.
  Go to the scopes scope.
  Click Wikipedia.

  -------
  Desired solution
Add Activity Indicator fixed to bottom of screen (to prevent any issues with scrolling). This is displayed whenever the scope is loading content - whether in the main interface or into the navigation panel.
