  [CMI8786 - Xonar DG, playback] volume always 100% at startup

Bug description:
  I reboot my computer and it seems like the sound setting is not being
  saved between reboots. It always is 100%. The slider position is
  remembered correctly but the volume level is 100% every startup. Once
  I click on the volume, it adjusts correctly.
