  Network caching doesn't work anymore after introducing Dash as an app

Status in The Unity 8 shell:

Status in “unity8” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  The Dash doesn't cache network content anymore after it became an app.
  Tcpdump reveals all the images are fetched every time, and no
  ~/.cache/unity8-dash/network (or ~/.cache/unity8/network) storage gets
  created.
