Title:
Lockscreen is shown after logging into desktop session and no way to
unlock
Status in “unity8” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
With the latest package (8.00+14.10.20140814.1-0ubuntu1,) after
logging into the Unity8 desktop session from LightDM, the lockscreen
is shown, ie, the Hello Box o' Doom. Once this is shown, there is no
way to get by this. I try to enter the user's password and it just
sits there. Also, when the box is shown, indicators don't work, so I
can't even logout or reboot.
Looking at the recent changes, I'm wondering if r1150 might have
caused this.
