  Settings path for scopes

Status in “apparmor-easyprof-ubuntu” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  So the finally decided upon path will be:

  ~/.config/unity-scopes/<SCOPE_ID>/settings.ini

  Where SCOPE_ID is the short name, e.g.
  com.ubuntu.scopes.youtube_youtube (without the version number).

  We need read only access to that path.
