A search for bluepin on packages.ubuntu.com shows no package providing
it.  Where did you get it?  (doing "dpkg -S bluepin" may help)

  bluetooth-wizard cannot pair keyboard with given pin

Bug description:
  To pair e.g. an Iconia W700 type cover using bluetooth-wizard a
  further line in /etc/bluetooth/main.conf is necessary:

  pin_helper = /usr/bin/bluepin

  Without it pairing fails without any comment.
