Bug description:
  Ubuntu 14.10 r22

  1. Wait for an Ubuntu update to become available.
  2. Navigate to System Settings > "Updates".
  3. Look at the Ubuntu icon.

  What you see: The icon is blurry.

  What you should see: The icon should be sharp.

  It may save time to fix bug 1367136 at the same time as this bug.
