Title:
  [sdk] A disabled label cannot be visually differantiated from enabled
  labels

Status in Ubuntu UX:
  Fix Committed
Status in ubuntu-ui-toolkit package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Reproduce:
  Label {
      text: "Example text"
      enabled: false
  }
  Label {
      text: "Example text"
      enabled: true
  }

  What happens:
  The two labels are visually equal.

  What should have happened:
  The disabled label should somehow indicate a disabled state.
