note that there is no real reciepe to reproduce it, it can take days til
it shows up, at least for me ... probably the OP has a way to reproduce
it more reliably ?

Bug description:
  Scrolling inertia for webapps died on Meizu MX4 (stable channel)

  testing with g+ and omgubuntu, no scrolling inertia. i can scroll but
  the context sticks to my finger.. 0 inertia

  if you have any idea how i can debug this, i'll be happy to do so
