Cant confirm the actual status nowadays as i've migrated to gnome-shell DE
But there was only one other user affected; so i suppose that issue is gone.

  maximized window cant be moved to an other workspace

Bug description:
  only minimized window can be moved to an other workspace. That is
  possible because the right click on its top bar offer the menu for.

  on maximized window, the right click cant be done due to the missing
  top bar.

  That issue can be checked with apps like Firefox or Midori, or ...
  So that right click should be actived everywhere inside the window, not only on the top bar.
