Title:
[Browser] tabs indicator tab gets in the way of content on the page
Status in Ubuntu UX:
Fix Committed
Status in webbrowser-app package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
In Ubuntu Touch, the web browser tab indicator overlays the content of
the web page being displayed and it makes some content on the page
inaccessible. For example: a website's footer links. For optimal web
browser usability, the web page content should not be obstructed.

UX Comment:
We have a common behaviour for hiding the bottom edge when scrolling
begins up-ward begins.
I would recommend we apply the same behaviour to over-scrolling upward on pages that are vertically small enough to not require scrolling.
In cases like the one described in this bug report, the user is highly likely to attempt to scroll the page upward in order to see the footer links occluded by the bottom-edge hint, which would cause the hint to become hidden.
