This bug affects both E4.5 and E5 devices, as reported by some users on
IRC. I use:

OS build number: 5
Ubuntu image part: 20150825.1
Device build: VEGETA01A-S23A_BQ_L100EN_2005_150825
Customization image part: 20150821-887-33-32-vivid

[Reproduction]

Whenever I try to record a video on my E5 and I switch in the camera app
from taking pictures to record videos and hit the record button the
phone freezes.
