As part of the big bug clear up for 16.04 LTS I am marking this bug as
Wont Fix. These types of crasher are better handled by errors.ubutnu.com
which can collate similar crash reports to help us identify persitent
bugs rather than one-off crashes. Sorry we are not able to help with
this specific issue. If you are still experiencing this crash, please
re-open the bug and add the tag “desktop-bugscrub-reopen”. See

Bug description:
Installed the new X stack from canonical-x/x-staging, rebooted, and
found that compiz crashes on logging in (the unity-greeter session
seems fine). I restarted lightdm and re-logged in a second time and
  hit the same problem.

I had updated the system just prior to installing x-staging, and I
don't think there's been any other changes, so am guessing the change
in the X stack is what led to the crashing. Guessing this is due to
the pointer barrier changes that will need updated in unity (for which
  work is already under way.)
