Title:
Unity does not match (stack) R Commander windows in the launcher

Status in Unity:
  New
Status in unity package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
The R Commander that is basically a GUI for R (see www.r-project.org,
I've installed it from USC) runs with the CLI in its background.
However, even though both of the instances have the same name in
Unity's launcher (it's "R Commander"), they are shown as two separate
icons (not stacked under one). I do not think this is the behavior
that an average user expects (I know I do not). I've attached a
screenshot to show what I mean.
