Thanks, is your issue that you want to translate "Ubuntu" or to replace
it with e.g "Kylin Ubuntu"?

Bug description:
  As we can see, unity now only supports show "ubuntu desktop" at left
  of panel, for many localization team, they can not change it, so
  localization is not entirely. So, for unity, it should to be more
  convenient for localization.
