  Social scope does not update when no online accounts to start with,
  but are then added.

Status in unity-lens-friends:
  New

Bug description:
  If you have no online accounts, the social/contact scope does not
  return any results. If you then add a new online account, the
  social/contact scope still doesn't return any info. You have to
  restart unity for the results to get updated
