Title:
Unity Notifcation Daemon does not support buttons
Status in notify-osd package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
Desktop Unity Notification Daemon does not support buttons, not like almost other desktops (see attachment). The possibility to add buttons for the developer of software would be really helpful.
E.g. Roger (http://en.tabos.org/home) a tool for the VOIP/SIP-Router Fritzbox shows incoming calls and the notification gives you the options to Accept, Decline, Cancel or Ok the call. But as the unity notification daemon does not support buttons roger falls back to the not elegant GTK-window.
It would be great and helpful if the notification daemon would have the options for buttons. According to this bug report (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-ux/+bug/1384730) Unity8 will have it, hopefully also the desktop versions.
