Title:
  Tiled view dysfunctional with Chrome

Status in Unity:
  Invalid
Status in unity package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
I've encountered this problem repeatedly when browsing various
streaming sites using Google Chrome with the Adblock extension
enabled. A new chrome window would open in the background with what I
presume to be advertisements, but the entire page is blocked by
Adblock. The window opens in the background, but after a while I would
want to close it. The easiest way to close such windows is to access
the tiled view by clicking on the Chrome icon in the panel on the
left-hand side of the screen. When the mouse is hovering over one of
the windows, a "close" option would appear. It is not present on these
pages. It is present when I have multiple "regular" chrome windows
  open.

Workaround: Open the window and close it normally.

The screen capture app seems to have missed the cursor. In the "first" picture, the cursor is hovering over the window on the left, displaying the close bar. In the "second" picture, the mouse is hovering over the window on the right, but no close bar is being displayed.

I've reported this as an Ubuntu bug because I feel that the bar should
be present on any window regardless of content. This might be an issue
with Chrome misreporting the window as uncloseable or something. A
person more knowledgeable than myself should decide on that, though.

This has been there for a while, possibly with past versions, but I never bothered to report it.

Ubuntu: 12.10 vanilla Ubuntu, no skins or anything
  Chrome: Version 24.0.1312.70

I'll be happy to provide more information as needed.
