Title:
  Switcher is not displayed when Alt-Tabbing when an unredirected full
  screen window is being displayed

Bug description:
  When displaying a full screen window that is unredirected, such as
  Virtualbox or LibreOffice Impress, trying to Alt-Tab to a different
  window does not display the Switcher.

  This is due to how unredirected full screen windows are handled.  No
  compositing occurs which in turn disables any Unity elements from
  displaying on the screen.

  I think this is a limitation since many users who are displaying a
  full screen window that is unredirected would want to Alt-Tab to a
  different window.
