Bug description:
  Bluetooth doesn't work on Gigabyte f2a88xn motherboard.

  Generally it's not detected. In order to have it detected, one needs
  to boot into Windows, then on Ubuntu again.

  Even when it's detected, it doesn't connect to the peripherals.
