  Unity doesn't load some elements at startup

Bug description:
  On the fresh loaded Ubuntu first Unity Dash opening takes some time 3-4 seconds to begin search and to load elements
  Also Alt+Tab menu doesn't open instantly for the first time. It opens in one or two seconds and I have to wait while it will load all the windows. (My PC is enough powerful) The wish is to make unity automaticly load Alt+Tab plugin and all Dash home lens elements, scopes etc.
