  Application search slow

Bug description:
  When I open Dash for the first time after computer is booted, it takes
  around 6-7 seconds before search results start to appear in Dash. I
  get every result really fast except applications. Application scopes
  are really slow. This happend in all earlier releases.

  RAM: 2 GB DDR2
  Graphics: GeForce 6100 nForce 420/integrated/SSE2/3DNOW!
  CPU: Athlon 2.8 GHz
