That just stops it from rendering into the ui. Does not destruct
anything at that point.

Bug description:
  Unity8 apps never disconnect from Mir cleanly.

  Even if I kill an app "cleanly" from the spread, the SessionMediator
  report for unity8 shows it was terminated abruptly:

  [1442998678.171561] <ERROR> frontend::SessionMediator: virtual
  mir::frontend::SessionMediator::~SessionMediator() -
  session_error("QtUbuntu"):

  This means the client died without disconnecting or releasing surfaces
  correctly.
