Bug description:
  Microphone mute hotkey on Dell Precision series is needed to be
  support. I encounter this issue on Ubuntu OEM project.

  This feature is similar to microphone mute hotkey on Dell Latitude
  series.

  I've submit a patch to systemd upstream and have been merged.
  https://github.com/systemd/systemd/commit/0018e4e47947b1a65855e8404480131e9d0c93ca
  Now we can backport to Ubuntu system.
