Yes, it seems if calendars are disabled then long press will create an
event but it will not be visible, but does exist:-

If all calendars are disabled, we should probably disable the long-press-create.
If more than one calendar is listed, it should be possible to set the default for new events.

Bug description:
Long press somewhere in week view. This used to create a new event,
but now *appears* to do absolutely nothing. Nowhere in the Calendar
app will you find any evidence of a event existing at that time, even
if you close/reopen the app.
But, in the indicator suddenly an "Untitled" event appears for that
time. Given that this is not in the Calendar app, there is also no way
to remove this event from the indicator.
