Sebastien, why do you keep marking this as Low? It's a setting that
ships on the phone, but doesn't work most of the time. It would be
better for it not to be present at all.

Bug description:
  When I set the option to download updates always or only on wifi, it
  doesn't update them automatically. Bq phone.
