Can the webapp be adjusted to NOT claim urls like this so that the
browser will open them? The current behavior of the webapp grabbing the
profile url and then not being able to display it is not ideal for the
twitter scope that's just about ready.

Bug description:
  I need to open a url to a specific tweet (from a scope) in the twitter
  webapp. but when I try, it opens a general page with lots of tweets.
