Title:
Intel HD5500: No video after suspend/resume cycle

Status in xorg package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Thinkpad T550, Vivid
  Suspend/resume works sometimes.
On restore, no image on X. System apparently still active, because keyboard light (e.g. mute) still responding.
Could not switch to console using ctrl-alt-f1.

  Thinkpad T550, Trusty
Suspend/resume worked almost every time for 2 weeks.

light-locker seems to screw things up by changing video modes, so I always remove that. Suspend/resume/lock/etc always fails with light-locker.
