  sbuild cross compile encounters difficulties with our python
  dependency

Bug description:
  our python3 dependency gives me this error when doing an amd64->armhf cross sbuild:
  (example here is vanilla vivid):

  DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nocheck sbuild -d vivid --host armhf --build amd64 mir_0.16.0-0ubuntu1.dsc 
  <........>
  /var/lib/dpkg/info/python3.4-minimal.postinst: 46: /var/lib/dpkg/info/python3.4-minimal.postinst: python3.4: not found
  dpkg: error processing package python3.4-minimal (--configure):
   subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 127
  dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of python3-minimal:
