Something seems to be wrong with the current ubuntu armhf pixman builds:

There is a known GCC 4.9 bug, which results in pixman miscompilation and manifests itself as pixman test suite failures:

I initially contacted Paul Collins (buildd adminstrator) and he
suggested to file a bugreport. If you need any assistance with resolving
this problem, you can find upstream pixman maintainers at
pixman@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (as asked in the failed test suite log).
