  oneconf crashes if one apt list file is unreadable

Status in python-apt package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  oneconf-service will crash if one of the files in
  `/etc/apt/sources.list.d` is unreadable (for example because it has
  been created using sudo and umask 077).

  In my case this is the error message
