Add Ubuntu UX on this to make sure that we are still aligned on the

Bug description:
Add support for on the fly installation of webapp capable websites.
For reference, we want to support the android webapp manifest file [1]
and the de-facto standard of webapp-capable meta-tags used by iOS [2].
