Bug description:
  It's the same issue like in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/+bug/805087
  Unfortunately it also happens in the latest version of stable Unity and Ubuntu.

  I can't specifically reproduce the issue since it happens randomly.
