This is almost certainly a problem in network-manager, not indicator-
network. It looks the same as bug 1242798 and perhaps bug 1449983.

  wifi does not auto reconnect on Meizu MX4

Status in network-manager package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I am using a Meizu MX4 with software version 15.04 (r4) 
  When moving around a building and losing  wifi, the wifi does not auto reconnect. The icon show the network but you are not connected. If select the network it then connects. If you turn wifi off - on it then reconnects.
