[Bug 1504091] [NEW] Huawei E392 not recognized in trusty

Public bug reported:

I have a Huawei E392u-12 that does not work in trusty, but does work
out-of-the-box in vivid. Not sure if it is network-manager or something
lower in the stack that is to blame.
