[Bug 1504878] [NEW] ubuntu-bug segfaults when I click on Cancel

Public bug reported:

If I run, say, ubuntu-bug kwin, wait for all the info to be collected,
and then click on Cancel instead of Submit, I get a “Segmentation fault
(core dumped)” message in the console.
